History

Polytron products are developed and manufactured in Long Beach, California, USA. Prior to commercial use in 1994, Polytron products were used by international military’s (Russia, Australia, Israel, and Serbia), mainly on helicopters, tanks,  submarines and other vehicles.

Polytron tested in a helicopter propeller gearbox:

An air force division abroad has tested Polytron in a helicopter propeller gearbox and experienced 98% less wear, 30% reduction in noise and 15% reduction in operating temperature

With an army division there was a type of army tank engine that needed to be overhauled after 5000 hours. After using Polytron MTC, a overhaul was only necessary after 20,000 operating hours. 4x longer life span!

A Military Marine Laboratory Abroad:

In a test under normal operating conditions at Marine diesel engines which Polytron MTC had been added, a reduction in wear of 95% was observed.

In a follow-up test water was added to a motor that had already been treated with Polytron MTC. In no way were adverse effects observed in engine performance. Normally when water is mixed by the oil, the engine will overheat and seize.

In the last test, we examined how the motor will react if this would work without oil. This engine was first added to the existing Polytron MTC formula. After 30 minutes of rotation with the Polytron formula, the oil was finally drained.
After that, the engine load was set on 50% power for 25 minutes. In no way problems were observed.

There was also a test with a boat with two outdoor engines. Polytron MTC was added to one of the engines. The other engine has not changed anything else. The driver had hard time to keep the boat moving straight.
