ENGINE OIL

In addition to a standard additive package used in typical synthetic engine oils, Polytron’s fully synthetic engine oil contains our Polytron “Metal Treatment Concentrate” (MTC), an additional additive package that is a breakthrough in micro-lubrication technology. Under heat and pressure, the MTC additive package converts metal friction surfaces into wear-resistant, “smooth” surfaces, resulting in much lower friction and a much longer service life. This technology, combined with fully synthetic engine oil, greatly contributes to slower oil oxidation and a much lower concentration of wear and combustion contaminants, resulting in much longer maintenance intervals compared to other synthetic engine oils currently on the market.

15W-40, 10W-40 Polytron fully synthetic engine oils: Exceed API service rating CJ-4 / SL, European ACEA E7 and Asian JASO DH-1, and are highly recommended for diesel engines that use sulfur-rich fuels. Also highly recommended for use as a motor oil with a “long life” function. Especially cost effective when used in combination with an effectively used oil analysis program.

Recommended for all turbo-charged engines.
Not recommended in engines with silver bearings. The MTC does not provide any additional added value for applications with this type of bearings.
