Polytron MTC is an additive that can be used with all common oils. Both mineral and synthetic.
Contains NO: teflon, graphite, molybdenum, ceramics, nano-particles..e.t.c
Polytron MTC (Metal Treatment Concentrate) additive package is the best ultimate lubricant enhancer that coats all metal surfaces with a ionized micro-layer of oil molecules and through a metallurgical process forms (from the original metal) a durable polished-like micro-layer of hard metal that dramatically resists wear, extreme pressure and excessive temperature. Metal surfaces remain treated at all times, which provide for immediate start-up lubrication. Friction is substantially reduced, wear is eliminated up to 95% or more, which results in much longer equipment life improved performance, and oil and fuel economy.
Polytron MTC is an excellent dispersant which dissolves any existing deposit buildup and holds sludge harmlessly in suspension while preventing the deposition of varnish and lacquer on engine parts in severe service. Oil filter life is extended 4 to 7 times and the PCV valve remains free and clean. This quality also contributes to much longer engine life and fuel economy. 10% of Polytron MTC will ensure complete clean-up of the engine from carbon deposits, sludge, and varnish thereby ensuing very clean and smooth engine operation.
Elimination of wear and deposit build up results in extension of oil change intervals 4 to 7 times. In most applications Polytron MTC contributes to up to 60% reductions in direct expenses and maintenance costs.

General application:
- The Polytron MTC formula already works from 3%.
- Internal combustion engines: 10% of Polytron MTC is recommended for the first application. In the subsequent oil refreshments, it is advisable to continue this with 5%. In race applications use 10% every oil change
- Manual gearboxes: 10%
- Cardans: 10%
- Power steering: 10%
- Automatic Transfers: 5% max.
- Hydraulic applications: 5%
General words of Caution:
Polytron is specially developed for today’s high-quality engines and mechanisms. For this reason, we have given our product a stronger (EP) chemical package. Therefore, we have found that our standard mixing ratio is 10% by volume of the treated lubricant. In some cases it would be necessary to increase the mixing rate to 15% depending on the circumstances. If no satisfactory results have been achieved, consult Polytron for recommendations.
Our product is not a miracle product for all mechanical problems. In some cases, our product may help reduce noise levels for already damaged or worn surfaces, but this benefit can not be guaranteed.
Polytron can be added to most petroleum, mineral and synthetic oils. It is not intended for any reason based on vegetable or animal oil, as it may lead to increased wear.
Always apply the Polytron MTC proportionally to oil. Never use as an oil replacement. The MTC is namely an additive. MTC is also a standard additive component of the Polytron ready-to-use package such as: Motor oil, gearbox oil … etc.
The following operation must be performed at all times before first use with Polytron MTC in an internal combustion engine.
Apply 10% Polytron MTC to the engine oil. Drain this oil after 500 km or 10 hours. Change oil and filter and add 10% Polytron MTC to the oil again, or switch to the ready-made Polytron oil (contains 10% MTC), then continue until the next scheduled maintenance. At the next change with 5% share of Polytron MTC, continue this or switch to the Polytron oil. See also ‘Manual Polytron MTC’
Also in other applications where the Polytron MTC has been added, such as for example Hydraulics, it is important to monitor this in the beginning. Polytron MTC cleans very well. In exceptional cases where the oil is old and has been in use for a long time, it is possible that filters will cloge early due to the old contamination released by the MTC. The advice is therefore to refresh the system and add MTC again.
In some cases, the addition of our product could lead to increased idle speed. If this occurs, wait about 500 to 700 km after the product has been added, then reset the idle speed to the manufacturer’s recommended setting.
If Polytron MTC is added to a polluted engine, the dispersants will dissolve much of the residue in the engine oil, this after a very short time after Polytron MTC has been added. This can translate into the fact that the new oil gets relatively quickly contaminated. This oil should be replaced after 500 km. It is also recommended to re-add 10% Polytron MTC to the new oil. Keep in mind that the contaminants have made the oil dirty, not the Polytron product.
It is also possible that after a first oil analyse values of wear can be significantly higher. This is due to the fact that Polytron MTC cleans the engine internally.
When an engine consumes a considerable amount of oil, it is advisable NOT to use Polytron MtC. A repair or overhaul is then necessary.
We are convinced that the customer will be satisfied with our product. This unique and proven product can be a huge boost for the efficiency of your car or other mechanical application.
